Absolutely wonderful. I had to come in to get my first set of glasses in several years, in addition to that I had to bring along my 8 1/2 month old. Dr.Franzeen made sure that I was comfortable, he worked quickly and was very understanding of me having to have my child with me. In addition to that he made sure I understood my prescription and throughly explained and answered any questions that I had. I would recommend him to anyone!
